A collaboration between IDEO.org and NerdWallet. After a series of interviews across the country, my team hoped to reach people who had limited access to in-person financial coaches. Our focus were on subprime Americans across the country access quality financial health resources specific to their needs.
At the time, most content online and on NerdWallet were long form paragraphs of text that felt overwhelming. We worked with NerdWallet's infrastructure to create these interactive guides as a way for people to find personalized solutions for their financial problems.
